About Maya

Hi. I'm Maya! I'm excited to share a bit about my journey and passion for senior care. As a Physician Assistant student starting in August, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to provide compassionate support to seniors in need. Over the past year, I have gained valuable experience working as a rehab aide in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role has deepened my understanding of the complexities of care and the importance of tailored support for each individual's unique needs. Additionally, my personal experience as a family caregiver for my grandparents has taught me the significance of empathy, patience, and connection in caregiving. I truly love providing passionate care and am committed to ensuring that every senior I work with feels valued, respected, and supported.
