Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. With eight years of experience, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide transportation, run errands, offer personal care, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and provide mobility assistance. I'm experienced with dementia and medical management. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting a client's independence is very important to me.
