About Maya

Hi there! My name is Maya and I am an experienced childcare professional living in San Francisco. I have worked both as a nanny and in childcare centers, primarily with children under 5. I have cared for infants as young as 6 weeks old. My education includes 18 units of Early Childhood Education, including classes in infant and toddler development, child psychology, and science backed literacy methods. I am also comfortable with diapering and potty training. Who I am as a caregiver: I promote curiosity and creativity in the children I work with. I love messy art projects, exploring the outdoors, and creating new sensory experiences for the children.
