Hi! I'm Max, a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic tutor with a passion for helping students succeed across all K-12 subjects. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and have hands-on classroom experience as a substitute teacher at Sunset Beach Elementary School and full time science teacher at Waialua High and Intermediate School for the 24-25 school year. With a strong academic foundation and a calm, encouraging teaching style, I tailor each session to the student's learning style and pace. I specialize in making complex topics easier to understand and helping students build the confidence they need to thrive - whether they're struggling in math, mastering reading comprehension, or preparing for exams. My goal is to create a supportive, positive learning environment where students feel motivated and capable.
