About Maxine

I love working with kids because I love to get to know them as people, I love to help kids find solutions to a problem. It's very rewarding to see them learn and grow through childhood. I see them as a blessing! they are wonderful and fun! I'm looking for a job that pushes me to learn more and become better. I want kids to have fun and make a positive impact in their lives! I've always worked on and off with kids since I was 10. Every babysitting job I've had would last up to 6 months. In my spare time, I go to the gym and I love to spend time with my friends and family! One thing you should know about me is that im very family-oriented! im very honest and open with them, my family is the best thing in my life! Im the youngest of 5 sisters, 1 brother, and 2 amazing parents! My top 3 skills are: creating a fun and engaging environment with kids, showing empathy and care by comforting kids when hurt or distressed, and helping them resolve conflicts with communication and compromise.
