About Rachel

Kids have a lot to offer. I like working with them because they are natural teachers, fun, & creative. I'm looking for a job that brings fulfillment, helps me grow, & allows me to serve & help someone in their life. I started working with kids when I was 11. I've also worked as a behavior therapist with kids with Autism, teaching coping mechanisms in everyday situations. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors! I love anything active - hiking, sports, etc. - reading, crafts & finding new music. It's hard to find something I don't like! One thing you should know is that I'm naturally a loving & service-oriented person. Spending time with kids and serving others brings me so much joy in life! Some of my top childcare skills include patience, listening, & behavior management. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, fun & easygoing.
