Non-smoker with a college degree, I bring a professional and detail-oriented approach to my work, always prioritizing the well-being and independence of those I serve. My experience includes hospice services, dementia and Alzheimer care, companionship and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with patience, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of earning trust and keeping families informed through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method.
