For the past 10 years, I've been helping students unlock their potential and achieve academic success. I hold a graduate degree and specialize in Math, English, Test Preparation, and Special Education. I vary my teaching strategies to cater to individual learning styles through visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and provide consistent positive reinforcement to keep students motivated. Open communication builds trust, so I can adapt my approach for optimal results. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a car, and am comfortable working around your pets. I would love to help your student thrive.
