About Baraka

I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. For the past five years, I've enjoyed creating engaging and patient learning environments where students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen and observe to understand each student's unique learning style, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and encouraging curiosity. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents, fostering a collaborative environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am comfortable working with students from elementary school through college, in subjects ranging from Math and English to Art, Business, and Special Education.
