My name is Matt and I am a stay-at-home dad to a very busy toddler! In addition to chasing around him and our pets, I provide care to seniors and adults with disabilities. I have a decade of experience in assisting them in maintaining their independence and fostering meaningful relationships, always incorporating fun and entertainment. I hold a college degree, and my approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I can provide a variety of care services and am happy to discuss each person's needs on an individual basis. I respect the independence of those I care for and work alongside families' values.
