ABOUT ME Warm, dependable senior caregiver with 3+ years of family caregiving experience, supporting both of my parents. My professional background and behavioral health counseling and 13 years of counseling and recovery coaching strengthened my patience, communication, organization, and ability to remain calm during difficult moments. I was a cook at restaurants from the age of 18 to 32. I am a fantastic cook and my best skill in the culinary arts is making ultra healthy anti-infammatory and nutrient dense meals taste absolutely extraordinary. I care for and cook for my senior parents every day and they constantly appreciate how delicious the healthy balanced meals are. I enjoy providing companionship, meal preparation, errands, housekeeping, bathing, medication dispensing, transportation, basic simple fitness help such as walks, stretching, and mobility optimization, reading, and personalized daily support.
