About Mary

I worked in nurseries for roughly two years. One year was for Moms of Preschoolers where I was a helper to two coworkers. I entertained kids 3-5 years in age while their mothers attended a lecture for 1-2 hours once a week, providing snacks, books, and cleanup as needed. At least eight kids each week. The other nursery was for Classical Conversations Coop. I was one of two workers in charge of 6-10 kids for 5 hours once a week. Ages ranged from 8 months to 3 years old. I comforted children, changed diapers, organized snack time, played and provided toys, put the baby to sleep, and occasionally put on a kid show (once a day max, no longer than 30 minutes).
