About Mary

Hi, my name is Mary! I've worked with kids for over a decade, but it started almost 16 years ago when my sister was born! I spent lots of my teen years years babysitting kids in the neighborhood, driving my sister to and from school, and chaperoning field trips, all while working part time at a childcare center at my local gym. When I left for Pitt in 2016, I still spent my breaks with kids, working as a summer camp counselor on Cape Cod. A few years after I graduated Pitt (and the pandemic slowed down) I moved back to Pittsburgh, where I now work remotely full-time for a voting rights group based in DC. I am looking for opportunities on weekends or weeknights. While I have a valid PA driver's license and a clean record, I don't have a car. I'm willing to travel up to 30 minutes away or can provide care in Shadyside/Bloomfield/Lawrenceville area. Happy to answer questions, provide child clearances, and more!
