Hey I'm Mary! I'm someone who's naturally good with kids and animals and I'm very hands-on, patient, and observant. I have a 3 month cat as well. I've spent a lot of time around pets both cats and dogs, so I'm comfortable with feeding, routines, and reading animal behavior so they feel safe and not stressed. I don't mind the messy parts either, I just handle it and keep things clean and calm. With kids, I'm more of a chill but attentive sitter. I can keep them occupied with games, conversation, creative stuff, or just hanging out in a way that doesn't feel awkward or forced. I'm good at picking up on energy, whether they need space, attention, or structure. I'm reliable, straightforward, and I communicate clearly with parents so nothing feels confusing. I also respect house rules and routines and try to make things easier, not harder, while I'm there. Overall, I'm just someone who shows up, pays attention, and takes care of things properly.
