About Melissa

I have always had a love for nature and animals! In my 44 years on this earth, that love has only continued to grow. I have lots of experience with not only dogs, cats, rabbits and birds, but also reptiles, frogs, turtles/tortoises, hamsters, guinea pigs and the list goes on and on. The only thing I love more than living creatures on this earth are my two kids who are 10 and 11. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions. I can board small animals at my house if needed. Though I did not list grooming on my profile, once I get to know your pet, I am able to give baths and clip nails and such. I look forward to getting to know both you and your pets! Currently I am also a substitute teacher for Newton County Schools and before the pandemic when I left work to home-school my children, I worked for the City of Oxford with an outstanding performance review.
