About Marynell

Hi! I love working with kids, their creativity, curiosity, and energy make every day fun and meaningful. Supporting their growth and confidence is incredibly rewarding to me. I work with children daily as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I help build communication, emotional regulation, and everyday life skills. This experience has made me patient, attentive, and proactive, and I focus on creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment for all children. My skills include positive behavior support, communication development, emotional regulation, engaging play, conflict resolution, and maintaining routines (including bedtime). I'm comfortable working with a wide range of personalities, behaviors, and needs. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, reading, movies, puzzles, staying active, cooking, and spending time with my cat. I have CPR/First Aid training, and crisis prevention training.
