I like working with kids because I've always loved taking care of others. I started working with kids since I was seven, starting with babysitting for various families many of whom are still happy to provide references. In addition to my babysitting experience, I've also worked at the YMCA Preschool. Outside of work, I love going to church and spending meaningful time with my nieces and nephews they're a big part of my life. One thing you should know about me is that I take my work very seriously especially when it comes to caring for children. Working with kids isn't always easy, but it deserves patience, responsibility, and genuine effort every single day. My top three child care skills are dependability, strong communication, and positive discipline. I make sure to keep clear and open communication with both children and parents. I also believe in using positive discipline setting consistent, respectful boundaries that help kids feel safe while learning to make good choices.
