About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I'm a responsible, energetic, and caring nanny with a strong background in childcare and safety. I have several years of experience working with kids of all ages through babysitting, lifeguarding, and leadership roles. I'm CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, and I've worked as a lifeguard, so safety is always my top priority. I've also been a small group leader at church and have experience caring for multiple children at once, which has helped me become patient, organized, and attentive to each child's needs. I come from a big family (one of seven!), so being around kids has always been a huge part of my life. I love creating a fun, positive environment--whether that's playing games, helping with homework, or planning activities that keep kids engaged and active. I'm dependable, have a flexible schedule, and am looking for a full-time nanny position. I would love to find a family I can support and grow with!
