Hi! From Wisconsin, I moved to NY to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, class of 2020. I started babysitting at 14 and continued throughout high school. My senior year I worked in a kindergarten class and helped the kids with sounding out their letters, learning shapes, as well as encouraging them to make observations and ask questions. Post college, I nannied for several families in the city with kids ranging from 5 months to 13 years. Depending on the kids, our days consisted of bottles, diaper changes, baking, making dinner, singing songs or homework help. I love a good movie night, but also value screen free play and my background in theater helps to come up with exciting pretend play scenes or bring nursery rhymes to life. The last few years I have been between NY and Hawaii, working on a non profit organic farm and helping raise my nieces (3y&1y). I'm back in the city now and I'm excited to use all of my previous experiences to provide excellent care to your family!
