About Mary Kate

I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old and have always loved being around children. The summer before my senior year of high school, I was a nanny for two boys ages 6 and 11. The 11-year-old had special needs which I had to learn to accommodate. I've also been working at a children's birthday party place for 2 years and counting, I love interacting with the kids and seeing them happy. Because of that job, I have learned to deal with many kids at the same time and also many different needs at same time. My most recent job that I have had working with children is working at a summer camp where I was in charge of a group of girls and I had to make sure that they were okay and that their needs were met throughout the day. I actively participated in the activities and built a strong relationship with each camper.
