About Mary

Hello! I'm Mary, a senior Division I student-athlete at the UCB studying Psychology. I am currently applying to graduate programs to pursue a master's degree in Counseling. I come from a family of six with two brothers and an older sister, which sparked my love for working with kids early on. At CU, I've worked as a coach at lacrosse camps, teaching middle and high school athletes, and as a sports medicine intern for the CU Gatorade Sports Program, overseeing camps for children ages 6-18. I also currently work part-time for the CB's EXPAND program, a recreational therapy program serving children and adults with developmental, psychological, and physical disabilities. Through EXPAND, I support individuals ranging from age 7 to 55+. I am passionate about helping others, staying active, art and painting, and spending time outdoors. I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for every child I work with.
