About Mary

Learning should be an exciting journey! I have three years of experience creating engaging and supportive learning environments for elementary and middle school students. My approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material to adapt my teaching methods. I encourage curiosity through interactive discussions and questions. Regular communication with parents builds trust and reinforces learning at home. CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I'd love to bring my passion for English, Art, Music & Drama, and History to your student's learning experience.
