I am a fully vaccinated experienced and energetic LPN with training in child development and interactive activities that encourage brain plasticity and enhance motor skills and social interaction. Whether a child is on the autism spectrum, is developmentally delayed or requires medical interventions e. g. feeding tube, wheelchair, he or she has the potential and right to enjoy an enhanced quality of life and optimal growth. As for adult clients, for 4+ years I gave special needs home care to adult quadriplegic clients. In 2017 I was recognized by the NYS Association of Health Care Providers for my work. Pre-Covid I worked as a school bus nurse for special needs children. I look forward to hearing from families about their needs and how I can be a valued asset.
