Hi, So happy to have the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Mary, I am a 25+ year Montessori Certified Early Childhood teacher/nanny. I have had the privilege to work with many children and families in private homes, as well as over 10 with Grand Rapids Public Schools Montessori Children's House program! Having recently retired from GRPS, I continue to work with children and families; substitute teaching as well as working as a nanny/childcare provider. Continuing my love and passion to provide excellent child centered care while delivering educational Montessori lessons for children and families. Mary has the wonderful gift of being able to communicate with children at their level. She worked as a teaching assistant in my Montessori classroom for nine years. Our students and parents LOVED Ms. Mary. She is kind, understanding, and knows how to find ways to reach all children. I valued her deep insight into children's behavior. As a teaching assistant she worked with children using our Montessori materials. I highly recommend her both as a competent, loving child care provider and as a knowledgeable, resourceful tutor.
