About Mary

Hi there! I just finished my first year as an elementary special education teacher, and working with kids truly brings me joy. Over the years, I've had the privilege of becoming like family to the children and parents I've worked with. I believe in creating a calm, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel safe, seen, and loved. With my background in both elementary and special education, I'm also happy to help with tutoring or adding a little extra learning into our everyday fun-whether that's through games, stories, or hands-on activities. I love working with children because of their creativity, excitement, and imagination! I am comfortable and have experience with newborns to 15-year-olds, and with children adults with special needs. I am CPR certified and have all of my background checks and clearances done!
