About Marvia

Possess a MBA and MEd masters degrees. Been in education for over 11 years with high student growth. Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With a graduate degree and 10 years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in guiding elementary students through Math, English, Science, and test preparation. I believe every student possesses unique strengths; therefore, I tailor my approach by observing how you engage with new material and adapting my methods accordingly. Whether we use visual aids or hands-on activities, I break complex concepts into manageable steps to build your confidence. I prioritize open communication to ensure we remain aligned on your goals and progress. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I look forward to building a supportive partnership where we celebrate your growth and turn learning into a truly enjoyable experience.
