About Martlie

Making a difference in the lives of seniors is my passion. My caregiving journey began when I cared for my grandmother, who had Alzheimer's, after she suffered a stroke. I assisted her with daily living tasks, guided her through exercises, and supported her recovery. As a Certified Home Health Aid, I bring two years of experience, plus CPR Training, to my work. I am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferences. Building trust is essential to me. I approach care with patience, empathy, and a goal-oriented mindset, and I hope to bring that to your family.
