About Martha

Hi, Nice to meet you! I'm looking for some part time work that would hopefully transition into a more full time job in the summer! I currently work 4 days a week but would love to pick up a few nights or days here & there as my current schedule allows for some flexibility. I have great references, a passion for childcare, and I love cooking. My approach is laid back, letting the kids lead (with boundaries) while also having them learn along with me in day-to-day tasks. I find it important to incorporate them whenever I can even in simple tasks like lunch or dishes! Of course we also have fun, I love to do nature walks, craft together, build or even bake something!
