The reason why I am very passionate about care-giving is because of my mother-in-law. She was diagnosed with lung cancer and I started taking care of her every day tasks such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, and transportation. After she passed away, I realized that care giving was something I enjoyed. I have all the qualities that make for a good caregiver. I am very patient, responsible, and, most importantly, trustworthy. I've also come to understand that one of the most important things in care giving is having compassion, and I believe I have that.
