Hello! I provide compassionate and dependable senior care support focused on helping individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily routines. I have over 5 years of experience assisting seniors with meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments or daily activities. I am also First Aid trained and CPR certified. My experience began while caring for my grandmother's close friend, whom I assisted until they peacefully passed away at 102 years old. Through that experience, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of patience, proper nutrition, companionship, and reliable support as individuals age. My goal is to reduce stress for seniors and their families by providing respectful, trustworthy, and attentive care tailored to each person's needs.
