I used Maritza after having a terrible experience with another person. Essentially, I only needed her to come complete the 2 rooms the prior person I had had hired did not finish! She was meticulous and thorough! Unfortunately, she works FT for another family, so she can only come on occasion, and I was looking for someone to come regularly.
