Alejandra was good at initially responding on texts and phone calls, she interviewed great as well however she was unreliable and no showed, no caller. She initially called out (1st day on the job) bc one of her children was sick- that was ok, kids get sick. We then rescheduled to start the following week however, Monday morning rolled around she did not respond to my text and no showed.
