Hello! My name is Maritza. I'm originally from El Salvador and moved to the Bay Area at the age of 18. I'm a proud mother of one and come from a large, loving family of 17 siblings. My passion for childcare began early, surrounded by the joy and energy of my family's children, and has grown into a fulfilling career spanning over 20 years. I bring a rich and versatile background in childcare, including experience as a personal nanny, head teacher at a Montessori school for 18 years, and most recently, as a daycare owner of 8 years. Each of these roles has shaped my approach: it's not just about babysitting it's about nurturing, guiding, and partnering with parents to support their child's development. I hold CPR certification and have completed extensive coursework in child development, equipping me with the tools to create safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environments for children of all ages.
