I'd describe my personality as serene, perceptive, and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because it gives a huge sense of fulfillment trying to improve someone's quality of life. I'm looking for a job that offers flexible hours as I continue my college education. I started caring for seniors when I realized how terribly short-staffed LTC facilities were, and how residents there won't always get the attentive care they needed.. In my spare time, I like to check out books from the library, or listen to audio books if I'm on the move. One thing you should know about me is I am a multitasker, so I try to see the most efficient way to go about tasks. My skills include patient communication for clarity, keen observation in detecting health changes, as well as physical strength in mobility assistance.
