About Marissa

With over eight years of childcare experience, I've had the joy of helping children grow, learn, and thrive. I began as an after-school caregiver in 2015 and later worked as a nanny and personal assistant from 2020 to 2023, supporting a boy from age 1 to 3. Using the Montessori method, I created a nurturing environment that fostered independence-from learning the ABCs to potty training. In 2024, I received the Emerging Excellence Award from the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP), recognizing early-career professionals making a meaningful impact in advocacy, case management, and community engagement. As a Christian, my faith shapes my approach to life and work, inspiring me to uplift others with kindness, patience, and love. I live in a new renovated farm house in the Meyersdale Area and am looking to offer my services in my own home.
