About Jennifer

Since about 14 years old, I've babysit for neighbors and family friends children, on an intermittent basis. However, professionally I worked in schools, community, and homes with children diagnosed with Autism. I interacted with children ages 4-12 over 3 years, individually and in group settings. Although the services were specialized for children on the Autism spectrum, I interacted with typical children on a regular basis. I believe in promoting a child's creativity and assisting them in learning about the world, without interfering or distorting their process. As cliche as it may sound, I believe children are the future and the way they are cared for and raised is highly important.
