We felt Marissa was a great fit for us. She left a teaching job to come work for us because she was studying for her masters in ENL. She had dedicated 6 months to us but then stated that she was looking for a teaching position instead so quit after 2 weeks. I had asked if she could continue working for another week to give us time to find someone but she never responded. She seemed like a great fit and worked very well with the kids but disappointed us by how she left without a proper notice.
