I am absolutely blown away by Marina. I was expecting to need to spend many hours explaining how to work with my son to help him be his best self. He has behavior issues, but is super happy and super manageable IF you work with him the right way. Since she has a family member with special needs, she knew what to do right away. She jumped in and totally self-managed the situation. I stood there in awe and finally went into the next room when I saw my son was happy and she was fully capable. She WORKED the entire time moving from activity to activity in small increments, while giving him small incentives along the way (he wanted her to play his favorite songs as rewards). He had a BLAST with her. I was home in the next room the entire time and just smiling inside to hear his happy laughter and joy. She was calm, yet had lots of energy to play. She also has a peaceful demeanor that was very comforting to my son. After she left he was content and exhausted and took a nap (he never naps!).
