About Marilyn

Hi! I'm Marilyn - a reliable, professional, and fun-loving sitter with 12+ years of experience caring for children of all ages and abilities. I grew up in Indiana and graduated from Purdue University in 2022 for Child Psychology. I then moved to Mississippi to earn my Master's in Psychometry in 2024. I'm currently finishing my School Psychology EdS internship near Chattanooga area. I've always gravitated toward care-based jobs, whether that be babysitting, nannying, tutoring, or caretaking for children & adults with special needs. My training includes child development, behavior management, academic support, and medication awareness. I've worked extensively with children with autism and bring a calm, structured, and compassionate approach to care. I love making childcare fun and engaging through crafts, music, dancing, science experiments, outdoor play, and more! I balance creativity with responsibility and always prioritize safety, structure, and clear communication with families.
