About Kristen

I became a caregiver because I really love being able to make a positive impact in a child's life. For the past four years, I've had the opportunity to care for kids of all ages, and it's something I truly enjoy. I would describe my style as patient, creative, and easygoing. I like to keep kids engaged with outdoor play, board games, and fun learning activities, while also respecting the routines and rules parents have in place. I'm happy to help out with things like cooking and light housekeeping as part of keeping everything running smoothly. I have a college degree along with coursework in early child development, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, have my own car, and I'm completely fine with pets. Communication is really important to me, so I always keep parents updated in whatever way they prefer, whether that's in person or by text.
