Hello my name is Marilin and I am a third grade teacher at Cresthaven Elementary in Silver Spring. This school year will be my first year teaching. I graduated from the university of Maryland in May of 2019. I am 27 years old, and I am a responsible and loving caregiver to children. I have been babysitting children of all ages( 10-month-old-13-year-old) for the past 7 years. Some things about myself are; I can speak both English and Spanish, I enjoy the outdoors, playing board games, and crafts. All the families I've ever babysat still call me for date nights because the friendships I have built with their children is as if I was family to them. I love it! Marilin is very sweet and has lots of positive energy. She is so creative and did lots of arts and crafts projects with my 3 year old. She also takes initiatives to come up with new ideas for fun play, and my toddler always looks forward to playing with her. She is also a great teacher and she has been teaching my kid numbers, alphabets, Spanish words among other things. She is dependable and flexible. We absolutely love her!
