I have always loved children and started babysitting as a pre-teen. I knew I wanted a career working with children and decided to get my BA degree in Child Development. During my time as a student, I had varied experiences working with children, such as working at the childcare center on campus and at a preschool in the Sacramento area. After college, I worked in their Home Based Preschool Program. After taking time off when I had my own children, I got my first nanny job in 2009 and loved it!! I have been a nanny for over 12 years now and have found that it is truly my passion! I find great joy and purpose in working closely with families, helping to nurture and care for their children, while providing learning opportunities and activities to encourage their development. I'm currently looking for 2 full days a week.

Marie was our nanny for almost 2 years, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is so kind, thoughtful and great with our daughter. She is very punctual, respectful and reliable as well. She truly became part of our family and we were so lucky to have found her. She was always focused on our daughter and her needs, followed her lead in interests and activities and always had fun and exciting activities up her sleeve. I would highly recommend Marie!
