About Mariel

Mariel is a conscientious and thoughtful care giver who assisted with my Mom when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She would prepare meals, spend time conversing with her, and go on walks. When my Mom would sometimes have a short temper or become difficult as a result of "sundowning", Mariel remained calm and respectful and would coax my Mom through some difficult spells. Mariel also provided separate care services for my 4 children who ranged from Kindergarten to a high school freshman. She would prepare snacks and occasionally dinner if I was working late, take them to practices and rehearsals and work with my youngest, who has special needs (Down syndrome) on his daily homework assignments. I highly recommend Mariel as a senior or child care provider.
