Mariela was a God-send. She's the sweetest thing and so wonderful with H. (10 months). H. would get giddy when Mariela walked in the door and when she left he would stretch out his arms towards her and complain. Mariela came a few hours a day in the afternoon to relieve my mother-in-law from childcare duties. I'd hire Mariela again, even as a full time nanny, if we hadn't moved.
