I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care provided by Felicia when it came to overnight/date night coverage. It was evident that she had a connection with our 5-year-old. Her nurturing demeanor and ability to put our child at ease was truly remarkable. She handled bedtime routines and any nighttime wake-ups with patience, allowing us to rest easy knowing our little one was in the best hands.
