About Marie

I am a mature, reliable, and energetic person with excellent childcare and interpersonal skills. I am a certified postpartum doula/ Newborn care specialist with over 15 years of professional nanny experience with newborns up to teenagers and multiples/nanny share. I studied special education at Stephen F. Austin State University and Houston Community College. 10 of my 16 years of professional experience includes 11 years special needs experience eight years with sleep training/night nanny and 6 house management. I am CPR and 1st aid trained. I love to read, being outside, and art & crafts. I also provide light housework ( meal prep, dusting, sweeping etc.) along with organization of play dates/school activities and homework if needed. Children are my passion I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for your child(ren) while in my care. I am currently a household manager during the day so I have flexibility during day and free after 5 p.m. in evening.
