Brooklyn brings a wealth of experience and confidence to the nanny role. We weren't planning to have a nanny but Covid changed our childcare plans, and it was the best decision we ever made! She started with us when our son was 3 months old and she stayed on until he went to daycare at 20 months. During that time, she not only cared for our son but actively fostered his development and milestones achievement. She is an expert at sleep training and transitioned our baby onto a sleep/feeding schedule that was uniquely suited to him and our family. Not only did she care for our son, but she provided emotional support to me - a first-time, inexperienced mom - during that tumultuous first year of having a baby. She is so passionate about children, especially ages 0-12 months - it's contagious! She is a nurturing, take-charge nanny who will bring loving structure to your home. She is forever a part of our family.
