Maria took care of our 18 month old son for a week while our regular nanny was out and did an awesome job. Our son warmed up to her immediately and was sitting in her lap to read a book in the first 15 minutes. She was really sweet with him, and did a great job following his schedule (ie setting alarms as reminders for snacks & meals) and took notes on anything special happening that day. I also appreciate that she checked in to see if there were any skills he was working on so she could focus there too - they did a ton of high fives and he learned what his wrist was with her. No complaints! Hope to have the chance to work with her again.
