I am an experienced, caring mother of four, seeking a wonderful opportunity to assist you in raising your child. With over 11 years of experience, primarily with newborns and toddlers, I find great joy in working with children as they remind me of my own precious little ones. I am dedicated to helping with all aspects of baby care and, if time permits, I am happy to assist with household chores. While I am fluent only in Spanish, I have a strong understanding of English and have never encountered communication difficulties in the past. In previous roles, I have successfully worked with language barriers using translation apps when necessary. Given the chance, I believe I can bring extraordinary value to your family.
We had the absolute pleasure of having Maria as our nanny starting in May 2024, when our daughter was just 17 weeks old. After a disappointing experience with a home daycare, I was nervous to start over, but hiring Maria turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our family. From day one, Maria was warm, professional, and completely dependable. She is a career nanny with years of experience and is also a mother of four, which gave me immediate confidence in her ability to care for an infant. During the interview process, her answers felt genuine and thoughtful, and every promise she made, she followed through on. There were no surprises, just consistency, reliability, and genuine care. Maria is incredibly punctual and never missed a day unexpectedly. She arrived early each morning, ready to dive right in. She’s also creative and always came up with age-appropriate, engaging activities for our daughter. Even better, my daughter truly adored her. I often work from home, and the sound of them laughing and playing together was the best part of my day. When Maria arrived, my daughter would run to the door with excitement, that kind of bond is priceless. As a first-time mom later in life, it was so important for me to feel secure while I was away at work, and I trusted Maria completely. She kept me informed every day and was always transparent about how things were going. One of the biggest bonuses was that Maria spoke Spanish to our daughter throughout the day. As a psychologist, I know how valuable early language exposure is, and thanks to Maria, our daughter has made incredible progress in her language development. Even though we speak English at home, the language difference was never a barrier—only a benefit. On a personal note, my husband is in the military and has been deployed, so I’ve been navigating parenting solo for much of the past year. I truly don’t know how I would’ve managed without Maria’s support. She was not only our full-time nanny but also helped with evening and weekend care when I had work obligations. She’s been a steady, calming, and trustworthy presence in our lives. The only reason we’re parting ways is due to an out-of-state move. If we weren’t relocating, Maria would absolutely still be with us. She has been such a gift to our family, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, experienced, and loving nanny. We are forever grateful for Maria and all she’s done for our daughter.
