We hired Maria to nanny for our 3 month old for several months while we were waiting for an au pair to arrive. Maria is truly a superstar -- not only did she do a range of creative age-appropriate activities with our little one (things I took note of myself), she also tidied up after each day, and made our child so happy. Maria became part of our family after those few months and fills in whenever our au pair is away. Other nannies/babysitters we've had are good, but Maria was GREAT -- it's truly hard to compare her to anyone because she goes so above & beyond for our family.
